RAISING THE BAR IN HOME CARE
Care Street Home Care Agency recently earned the accreditation of the Commission on Accreditation for Home Care (CAHC). CAHC is an independent accrediting agency dedicated to promoting the highest quality and safety standards in the New Jersey home care service industry.
“This is a very significant milestone for us,” said Mr. Judah Schuster, LNHA, who serves as administrator of Care Street’s Northern Jersey division. “It took a lot of effort to achieve this, and we’re very gratified with the results.”
Agencies wishing to receive CAHC accreditation must be in compliance with the highest standards in their policies and procedures as well as in the day to day operations of home care services. Care Street’s accreditation was awarded to all of the company’s three divisions.
“It’s good to know that we’re really living our mission of providing clients with outstanding care,” says Dr. Shelly Chinkes, administrator of Central Jersey Division. “It’s not just a platitude – it’s what do every day.”
